At OnLine Translation, we ensure the utmost quality of all our solutions before delivery. As a customer, you are entitled to the absolute best on the market, which is what we constantly aim at providing.
Thus, a translation is always carried out by a professional translator. After translating, he or she will proofread the translation before passing it on to a colleague for a second proofreading – two sets of eyes are always better than one. After the second proofreading, the translation is returned to the translator, who implements any corrections, looks through the text one last time and then delivers the final translation to the project manager. The project manager will check the translation to ensure that everything is correct, that the consistency is optimal and that the best solution to the assignment has been achieved. Finally, the text is delivered to the customer.
We ensure optimal consistency in our solutions by using a growing database of previous translations within the same language combination. This ensures consistent terminology within both a given field and the translation itself.
Of course, this process of quality assurance is not limited to translation assignments. Proofreading, interpreting, language courses, software localisations, DTP or web design solutions all need to pass a 'quality check' to ensure that the end result satisfies not only you, the customer, but also us.
