General<\/h2><p data-start=\"207\" data-end=\"398\"><strong data-start=\"207\" data-end=\"214\">1.1<\/strong> This agreement describes the rights and obligations of the customer and LoopWord (part of OnLine Translation) in connection with the services provided by LoopWord via this website.<\/p><p data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"532\"><strong data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"407\">1.2<\/strong> LoopWord is a web-based translation tool owned by DEJS Holding ApS, licensed to OnLine Translation.<\/p><p data-start=\"534\" data-end=\"706\"><strong data-start=\"534\" data-end=\"541\">1.3<\/strong> When the customer subscribes to LoopWord, the customer agrees to the terms of this agreement and the agreement is confirmed each time the customer uses LoopWord.<\/p><hr data-start=\"708\" data-end=\"711\"><h2 data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"770\">2. Conditions applicable to the use of LoopWord<\/h2><p data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"915\"><strong data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"778\">2.1<\/strong> The Customer undertakes to register in LoopWord with correct information, including name, address and other necessary information.<\/p><p data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"1085\"><strong data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"924\">2.2<\/strong> Companies subscribing to a group license must appoint one or more group administrators who create users and assign passwords and user IDs.<\/p><p data-start=\"1087\" data-end=\"1283\"><strong data-start=\"1087\" data-end=\"1094\">2.3<\/strong> A Group License belongs to one legal entity. Users from other legal entities cannot be assigned to it. However, external translators (freelancers) can be assigned to the group for a given period.  <\/p><p data-start=\"1285\" data-end=\"1483\"><strong data-start=\"1285\" data-end=\"1292\">2.4<\/strong> The Customer can at any time manage the number of licenses via its Stripe Account. Changes in the number of licenses will immediately adjust the subscription price pro-rata and changes will take effect immediately. <\/p><hr data-start=\"1485\" data-end=\"1488\"><h2 data-start=\"1490\" data-end=\"1518\">3. registration policy<\/h2><p data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1630\"><strong data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1526\">3.1<\/strong> LoopWord stores the customer&#8217;s basic information (name, address, e-mail) as long as there is a customer relationship.<\/p><p data-start=\"1632\" data-end=\"1827\"><strong data-start=\"1632\" data-end=\"1639\">3.2<\/strong> LoopWord stores documentation for purchases in accordance with the Bookkeeping Act for five years. The customer can at any time gain insight into its registered information against any administration fee. <\/p><p data-start=\"1829\" data-end=\"1943\"><strong data-start=\"1829\" data-end=\"1836\">3.3<\/strong> All information is treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties, see separate privacy policy.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1945\" data-end=\"1948\"><h2 data-start=\"1950\" data-end=\"1984\">4. Unfinished registrations<\/h2><p data-start=\"1985\" data-end=\"2069\"><strong data-start=\"1985\" data-end=\"1992\">4.1<\/strong> If you start but do not complete the registration of an Account, we will:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2070\" data-end=\"2352\"><li data-start=\"2070\" data-end=\"2169\"><p data-start=\"2072\" data-end=\"2169\">Keep your registration details for 30 days to allow you to complete the process.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2170\" data-end=\"2269\"><p data-start=\"2172\" data-end=\"2269\">Automatically anonymize your data after 30 days so it can no longer be attributed to you.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2270\" data-end=\"2352\"><p data-start=\"2272\" data-end=\"2352\">Permanently delete all data, including anonymized data, after 90 days.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2354\" data-end=\"2509\"><strong data-start=\"2354\" data-end=\"2361\">4.2<\/strong> Business purposes: Anonymized data is used solely to improve our registration process and to understand patterns in the user experience.<\/p><p data-start=\"2511\" data-end=\"2674\"><strong data-start=\"2511\" data-end=\"2518\">4.3<\/strong> Your rights: You may at any time request immediate deletion of incomplete registration data by sending an e-mail to <a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2651\" data-end=\"2671\">kontakt@loopword.com.<\/a><\/p><hr data-start=\"2676\" data-end=\"2679\"><h2 data-start=\"2681\" data-end=\"2711\">5. Customer&#8217;s default<\/h2><p data-start=\"2712\" data-end=\"2920\"><strong data-start=\"2712\" data-end=\"2719\">5.1<\/strong> LoopWord may terminate the agreement without notice in case of breach of the agreement, false information or abuse. Accounts that are closed due to material breach cannot be reopened without LoopWord&#8217;s prior consent. <\/p><p data-start=\"2922\" data-end=\"3059\"><strong data-start=\"2922\" data-end=\"2929\">5.2<\/strong> In case of material breach, including non-payment or bankruptcy, LoopWord may close access to the service without notice.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3061\" data-end=\"3064\"><h2 data-start=\"3066\" data-end=\"3080\">6. Responsibility<\/h2><p data-start=\"3081\" data-end=\"3240\"><strong data-start=\"3081\" data-end=\"3088\">6.1<\/strong> All intellectual property rights to LoopWord are owned by DEJS Holding ApS and are licensed to OnLine Translation. The customer does not acquire copyrights. <\/p><p data-start=\"3242\" data-end=\"3337\"><strong data-start=\"3242\" data-end=\"3249\">6.2<\/strong> LoopWord is liable according to the general rules of Danish law with the following limitations:<\/p><ol data-start=\"3338\" data-end=\"3662\"><li data-start=\"3338\" data-end=\"3414\"><p data-start=\"3341\" data-end=\"3414\">No liability for indirect losses, including loss of profit and loss of production.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3415\" data-end=\"3472\"><p data-start=\"3418\" data-end=\"3472\">No financial responsibility for incorrect translations.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3473\" data-end=\"3547\"><p data-start=\"3476\" data-end=\"3547\">The customer assumes responsibility for the copyright of its own terms and segments.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3548\" data-end=\"3662\"><p data-start=\"3551\" data-end=\"3662\">LoopWord&#8217;s total liability cannot exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant task.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"3664\" data-end=\"3749\"><strong data-start=\"3664\" data-end=\"3671\">6.3<\/strong> LoopWord reserves the right to continuously update and improve the service.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3751\" data-end=\"3754\"><h2 data-start=\"3756\" data-end=\"3773\">7. Safety and security<\/h2><p data-start=\"3774\" data-end=\"3970\"><strong data-start=\"3774\" data-end=\"3781\">7.1<\/strong> LoopWord secures customer information with relevant security procedures and is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH<a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hetzner.com\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"3888\" data-end=\"3903\">(www.hetzner.com)<\/a>. The customer must protect passwords and log off after use. <\/p><p data-start=\"3972\" data-end=\"4069\"><strong data-start=\"3972\" data-end=\"3979\">7.2<\/strong> Card information is handled by Stripe and LoopWord has no access to this information.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4071\" data-end=\"4074\"><h2 data-start=\"4076\" data-end=\"4101\">8. privacy policy<\/h2><p data-start=\"4102\" data-end=\"4194\"><strong data-start=\"4102\" data-end=\"4109\">8.1<\/strong> LoopWord has a separate privacy policy that regulates the processing of personal data.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4196\" data-end=\"4199\"><h2 data-start=\"4201\" data-end=\"4227\">9. Responsibility for content<\/h2><p data-start=\"4228\" data-end=\"4398\"><strong data-start=\"4228\" data-end=\"4235\">9.1<\/strong> Customer is responsible for all content, including translations, terms and segments stored or shared by users associated with Customer&#8217;s account or group license.<\/p><p data-start=\"4400\" data-end=\"4545\"><strong data-start=\"4400\" data-end=\"4407\">9.2<\/strong> LoopWord assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, quality, legality or any infringement of third party rights.<\/p><p data-start=\"4547\" data-end=\"4660\"><strong data-start=\"4547\" data-end=\"4554\">9.3<\/strong> The customer must ensure that users comply with applicable laws and rights when using LoopWord.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4662\" data-end=\"4665\"><h2 data-start=\"4667\" data-end=\"4699\">10. Transaction information<\/h2><p data-start=\"4700\" data-end=\"4819\"><strong data-start=\"4700\" data-end=\"4708\">10.1<\/strong> The Customer can view all payment transactions, changes and invoices directly in their Stripe Account at any time.<\/p><p data-start=\"4821\" data-end=\"5029\"><strong data-start=\"4821\" data-end=\"4829\">10.2<\/strong> LoopWord does not store transaction data. All transaction history is stored in Stripe. LoopWord only processes transaction confirmations for the purpose of informing the customer when a payment has been completed.  <\/p><hr data-start=\"5031\" data-end=\"5034\"><h2 data-start=\"5036\" data-end=\"5076\">11. Ownership of terms and segments<\/h2><p data-start=\"5077\" data-end=\"5221\"><strong data-start=\"5077\" data-end=\"5085\">11.1<\/strong> All terms and segments are owned by the Customer. Upon termination, the customer must extract their data themselves. Failing this, they will be deleted by LoopWord.  <\/p><hr data-start=\"5223\" data-end=\"5226\"><h2 data-start=\"5228\" data-end=\"5244\">12. Support<\/h2><p data-start=\"5245\" data-end=\"5312\"><strong data-start=\"5245\" data-end=\"5253\">12.1<\/strong> Users with a full license have access to LoopWord Support.<\/p><hr data-start=\"5314\" data-end=\"5317\"><h2 data-start=\"5319\" data-end=\"5339\">13. New development<\/h2><p data-start=\"5340\" data-end=\"5515\"><strong data-start=\"5340\" data-end=\"5348\">13.1<\/strong> LoopWord continuously develops new features. Some are included in support and upgrades, others are sold as separate modules or as additional services on a license basis. <\/p><hr data-start=\"5517\" data-end=\"5520\"><h2 data-start=\"5522\" data-end=\"5537\">14. prices<\/h2><p data-start=\"5538\" data-end=\"5640\"><strong data-start=\"5538\" data-end=\"5546\">14.1<\/strong> All current prices and discounts are stated on LoopWord&#8217;s website and displayed upon registration.<\/p><p data-start=\"5642\" data-end=\"5730\"><strong data-start=\"5642\" data-end=\"5650\">14.2<\/strong> The price stated in the order cannot be changed for the period in question.<\/p><p data-start=\"5732\" data-end=\"5844\"><strong data-start=\"5732\" data-end=\"5740\">14.3<\/strong> LoopWord reserves the right to adjust prices on Support &amp; Upgrade corresponding to the price development.<\/p><p data-start=\"5846\" data-end=\"5943\"><strong data-start=\"5846\" data-end=\"5854\">14.4<\/strong> Upon addition or reduction of licenses, the price is immediately adjusted pro-rata via Stripe.<\/p><hr data-start=\"5945\" data-end=\"5948\"><h2 data-start=\"5950\" data-end=\"5993\">15. Termination and change of subscription<\/h2><p data-start=\"5994\" data-end=\"6249\"><strong data-start=\"5994\" data-end=\"6002\">15.1<\/strong> The Customer may terminate the subscription at any time via their Stripe Account. The termination will take effect at the end of the current subscription period (monthly or annual). No refund will be granted for the remaining period and access will be closed.  <\/p><p data-start=\"6251\" data-end=\"6395\"><strong data-start=\"6251\" data-end=\"6259\">15.2<\/strong> The Customer can via Stripe continuously add or remove licenses and change the subscription form. Price changes take effect immediately pro-rata. <\/p><p data-start=\"6397\" data-end=\"6646\"><strong data-start=\"6397\" data-end=\"6405\">15.3<\/strong> Upon termination, the customer&#8217;s login information for LoopWord will no longer function and access to the Customer Portal will cease. Transaction data and invoices remain stored in Stripe, but are not accessible via LoopWord when the subscription is terminated. <\/p><hr data-start=\"6648\" data-end=\"6651\"><h2 data-start=\"6653\" data-end=\"6675\">16. force majeure<\/h2><p data-start=\"6676\" data-end=\"6901\"><strong data-start=\"6676\" data-end=\"6684\">16.1<\/strong> LoopWord is not responsible for non-delivery or interruption due to circumstances beyond LoopWord&#8217;s control, including server crashes, internet errors, natural disasters, war, strikes, lockouts and epidemics.<\/p><hr data-start=\"6903\" data-end=\"6906\"><h2 data-start=\"6908\" data-end=\"6951\">17. Transfer of the subscription agreement<\/h2><p data-start=\"6952\" data-end=\"7064\"><strong data-start=\"6952\" data-end=\"6960\">17.1<\/strong> LoopWord may transfer the agreement to affiliated companies or by transfer of the business.<\/p><p data-start=\"7066\" data-end=\"7149\"><strong data-start=\"7066\" data-end=\"7074\">17.2<\/strong> The Customer may not transfer rights or obligations under the Agreement.<\/p><hr data-start=\"7151\" data-end=\"7154\"><h2 data-start=\"7156\" data-end=\"7172\">18 Disputes<\/h2><p data-start=\"7173\" data-end=\"7251\"><strong data-start=\"7173\" data-end=\"7181\">18.1<\/strong> Disputes shall be settled in accordance with Danish law with the Court in Kolding as the venue.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms and conditions 1.
